Transformation Manager

Milton Keynes

Hybrid - 50/50 split

£65,000-£75,000 (DOE) + Progression + Training + 33 Days Holiday + Pension + Benefits

Excellent opportunity for a Transformation Manager to join a new arm of a FTSE100 mainstay offering autonomy and leadership, great progression opportunities, and the chance to play a bit part in the reduction of carbon emissions across the UK.

This company combine the dynamic movement of a start-up with the stability and security of a multinational business. They have been set up to help reduce the UKs carbon emissions by utilising vast resources to create a better infrastructure network.

In this role you will lead business change across a range of departments. The projects you undertake will range from modernising office hardware through to replacing the entire backend software system to how to improve customer journeys through a call centre. You'll work on a hybrid basis out of the Milton Keynes office.

The ideal candidate will hold a project management certification such as Prince2, APM, or Six Sigma. Candidates must have multiple project implementations across various different business units such as software, customer experience, or telecoms, etc. etc. Candidates must be commutable to Milton Keynes at least 2 days a week and have full right to work in the UK.

*Leading Business Change Projects

*Working on a large range of projects and scope

*Joining a larger Transformation Team

*Working on a hybrid basis out of Milton Keynes

The Person:

*Holds a Project Management Certification (Prince2, APM, Six Sigma, or similar)

*Multiple project implementations

*Experience across various different areas of a business

*Commutable to Milton Keynes at least 2 days a week
