1st Line Technical Support

My client is a leading manufacturing business looking to expand their Infrastructure Support team, providing 1st line IT Support to Windows Desktop and associated applications.  You will be 1st point of contact via phone or email as well providing  1^st Time Fixes on known issues.

You will have at least 1 year experience

• Providing general end user desktop support on Desktops, Laptops, IP Phones, Headsets, Monitors, Tills etc
• Good Understanding of Windows 7, 8, 11
• Basic Understanding of Networking Fundamentals. Ability to do basic troubleshooting

 Desired Technologies

• Windows Server 2012+
• Bespoke Application Support Skills

This role involves you to have a valid Drivers License !
