*Programme Manager with Banking and Security experience - needs to have undertaken Programme Management roles, not a Project Manager or Snr Project Manager

*Needs to have worked in Security projects and must have Identity & Access Management (IAM) project experience.

*Banking Programme Management

*Managing global teams - UK, US and India

*Excellent stakeholder communication & ability to engage at all levels of the organisation -senior executive downwards.

*Must have long term contracts
