Transition & Training Manager | £450 | Inside IR35 | London/Remote + national travel | 6 Months
My client are looking for an experienced, self-starting and enthusiastic ERP Transition Manager to successfully deliver a training and cutover programme to enable the implementation of a third-party Enterprise Asset Management system.
The successful Consultant will be responsible for defining the training, transition and hyper care strategy, leading and co-ordinating the creation of training materials and defining the training plan ahead of delivering high quality training to upskill the business' multiple users nationwide.
As this role is nation-wide covering in excess of 1000 business users, it will require travel as the business demands. Key skills and activities:
- Experience with ERP or similar system training
- Project & Change Management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with hands-on field based delivery
- Travel to UK wide training locations
- Classroom and course logistics to include technical set-up and closedown
- Management of delegate attendance and recording of absences
- EAM data set-up prior to each training event
- EAM course delivery - Desktop and/or Tablet
- Collation of learning and training event evaluation
