Program/Project Manager Plymouth £62,000 to £67,000 per annum DOE + Bonus + Private Healthcare + Pension Excellent opportunity for an Manager with experience in leading/coordinating multiple projects within the engineering sector who is looking to join a market-leading, international company. The company are a well-established, highly revered manufacturing company in the Plymouth area with sites across the world that not only are renowned for the quality of their products but also for being a leading and progressive employer within the area. Due to high levels of demand from existing customers and the opportunities for further business development, they are currently looking for a Program Manager to join the Senior Management team. The Role:

• This is a key role within the business where you will collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
• Responsibilities will include but not limited to, leading and developing the team of Project Managers, coordinating engineering projects from conception to completion by developing an overall program schedule for all projects (resources/cost etc). New product introduction, monitor and evaluate project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Up to £67,000 per annum depdannt on experience plus yearly bonus (6-12%) and private health care
• Core hours 9am to 3pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 2pm on Fridays however flexible to start between 7am to 9am

The person:

• HNC in Engineering
• Project Management qualification (PMP or Prince2)
• Proven experience and knowledge in project management best practice
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
