In this role you will be working closely with customers giving information and technical support related to purchases, whilst also advising clients on orders and producing quotations and technical aspects. The role offers various company benefits including excellent product training in order to get you up to speed. This role would suit someone with experience working within sales or customer service, who is comfortable with being on the phone talking to customers about technical aspects. The ideal candidate will also have an engineering background, with basic knowledge of engineering principles, in order to understand product training.
