£75,000 to £95,000 + Holiday + Pension + Private Healthcare + 1 Day a week on site

This is an excellent opportunity for an experience Android Mobile Developer to join an innovative, fresh SaaS technology within the transport sector. They are looking for a keen, experienced, and talented developer to help deliver top notch solutions while being a bridge between the team and management.

This company is still in its start-up phase with a massive financial backing. They are currently working on improving disabled access on public transport. With goals of becoming market leaders and growing their customer base. With this growth they aim to expand globally and make this service readily available to those in need.

In this varied role you will provide hands on Android mobile app development through assisting in the design process of the application. Alongside this you will work closely with the QA team through testing and finding any bugs within the software.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Android development with strong skills in relevant technologies (Kotlin, MVVM, Jetpack). On top of this the candidate must have a deep understanding of working with remote data (REST, JSON) and integrating third-party API's. Another aspect to the role will be focusing on CI/CD and have knowledge of libraries such as EPOXY, KTOR and Retrofit.
