We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join our thriving company as a Senior Product Manager in our supportive ArcGIS Localisation team.

Esri UK are the distributors of Esri's world leading GIS software (ArcGIS)  in the UK. The Localisation team are responsible for the full product lifecycle of software and data products, built on top of the ArcGIS system, to help drive customer success.

You will be managing a team of Product Managers, growing our product management capability in the business and helping to establish best practice.  In addition you will have the opportunity to work with Esri Inc to champion our local customer view.

Key responsibilities for the Senior Product Manager are:

  • Manage a team of Product Managers
  • Help develop best practice processes for product management, promoting a culture of continual improvement
  • Contribute to the wider management of the ArcGIS Localisation team
  • Represent our customers - understanding their needs and using them to shape our product value propositions and influence Esri Inc
  • Help develop a customer-centric strategy and roadmap for our products
  • Work with the product team to design, develop and release the products
  • Support the promotion and marketing of the products
  • Work with stakeholders across the business
