Wipro is looking for a Business Analyst to work as a Divestiture Specialist in the United Kingdom on a permanent basis. As a Divestiture Analyst  you will assess and capture IT impact, the successful candidate will have experience with Carve Out an/or Spin Off.

What you’ll do:

As a Divestiture Analyst with Wipro you will be responsible for gaining an understanding of the business change needs in relation to the acquisition or divestment project.

You will assess and capture the IT impact, documenting the requirements of the changes, and communicate the requirements to relevant parties (IT / Business).

What you’ll bring:

Experience with the following is a pre requisite for this role:

Transaction Readiness experience 

• Identify target & develop opportunity
• Sell-side readiness & diligence (operations, legal, IT, separation financials)

Transaction Diligence experience 

• Buyer due diligence
• Develop operational model
• Validate separation costs

Separation Strategy + Closing experience 

• Establish Separation Governance
• Execute Day 1 Readiness Activities
• Day 1 Contracts negotiations - TSA
• Develop transition roadmap

Post-close Transition experience 

• Organizational build out & Separation execution
• TSA operationalization
• Employee communication
• Benefits realization
