My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced ASIC Project Manager to join their ASIC design team, working on innovative automotive solutions. As an ASIC Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing complex development projects from acquisition to series ramp-up.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead internationally distributed project teams, overseeing projects of a departmental scale.
• Act as the primary representative of the project to both customers and management, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
• Take responsibility for project goals and budget management, actively addressing risks and facilitating necessary escalations.
• Collaborate seamlessly with design and development departments, fostering an excellent working environment for project success.
• Engage with internal and external development and foundry partners on a global scale.

• Proven experience in managing complex ASIC development projects within the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead international project teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for representing projects to customers, management, and various stakeholders.
• Solid financial acumen to manage project budgets and actively mitigate risks.
• Collaborative mindset with the capability to work alongside design and development departments.
• Familiarity with global development and foundry partners.
