Field Engineer -- £35,000 - £40,000 + Excellent Benefits - Milton Keynes (Onsite)
 
Overview:
A leading UK MSP, who are an award-winning Microsoft partner are looking to add a talented Field Engineer to their growing teams in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will drive one of their key clients to ensure a high level of service is consistently delivered.  
 
Role & Responsibilities:

• Travel to client locations to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Take ownership of problems and ensure timely resolution to achieve top-rated client feedback.
• Maintain and support a range of systems, including Exchange Technologies, Windows & Server Platforms and mobile technologies such as Apple, Android, and Windows Mobile.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively within a service delivery team.
• Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through efficient troubleshooting and proactive maintenance.

• Proven experience as a Field Engineer or similar role, with a track record of delivering high-quality on-site support services.
• Proficiency in MS Exchange Technologies, MS Windows and Server Platforms, and mobile technologies including Apple, Android, and Windows Mobile.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive attitude towards learning and development.

• Salary - £35,000 - £40,000
