Property Maintenance Manager £60,000 per annum + Van + Overtime + Pension + Holidays Located in Knightsbridge (Ideally located: Wimbledon, Ealing, Camberwell, Battersea, Clapham) Are you a Maintenance Manager, looking to join a booming company who provide great benefits and opportunities whilst giving you the chance to increase your earnings via overtime? Do you have experience as a Building Manager, wanting to build a long term career in a role where you can develop your skill set? This is a Monday-Friday role where you will be managing a range of estates/buildings, general building maintenance (needs to be hands on), and managing the property team in all aspects, for example development and training. The ideal candidate will come from a building maintenance background, general plumbing and maintenance experience, NVQ or City & Guilds, engineering degree or apprenticeship with 5+ years' experience and a valid UK driver's license.
