Service Administrator (Scheduler) £23,000 - £25,000 + 33 days Holiday Office Based role: Stirling

An excellent opportunity to join a large multinational company as a Service Administrator, have small amounts of on the job training while supporting the Local Service Operations and office administration. Do you have an Office Admin background? Are you Looking for a stable and secure position with a large company? Do you have a good range of MS Office and ICT Skills? On offer is a Service Administrator position where you will work alongside other back office staff and be based out of Stirling depot. You will support the local operations with a range of admin tasks, Scheduling work for the workshop and service engineers and ad hoc requests, Creation of PO numbers, control meeting room diaries and other similar admin tasks. This company are very well established and employ 25,000+ people globally. This is a maternity cover position and is expected to run for a minimum of 9 months however is likely to run for a full 12 months, due to this recent development they are now looking for an additional service Administrator within their team. This role would suit an experience office administrator who is happy to work on a range of tasks, have small amounts of on the job training have a varied workload and loves in a commutable location to Edinburgh or Stirling. The Role:

  • Scheduling work for the workshop and service engineers
  • Support the Service Operations Managers on a range of office administration activities
  • Ad hoc requests, filing record keeping, diary management, Maintain database updates and Open PO, first point of contact for all visitors, travel management
  • £23,000 - £25,500 + 33 days Holiday
  • Maternity Cover role
  • Office Based in either Stirling or Hybrid working

The Person:

  • Office administration background
  • Good ICT skills, Experience with MS Office and database experience
  • Self motivated and able to work on a range of things concurrently
  • Lives in a commutable location to Stirling or Edinburgh
  • Full UK Driving licence
