WHAT TO EXPECT
This a multidiscipline role where you will spend your time adding value to the Lifecycle Domain by supporting the delivery, planning, reporting and co-ordination of numerous Vehicle Lifecycle Projects from KO to J#1+90.

As a Senior Project Analyst within the Agile framework, you will be involved in a kaleidoscope of activities supporting the Programme Manager / PO with the progression of daily activities including (but not limited to) leading the Agile Cadence with a large cross functional team.

You will be expected to support all aspects of multiple fast paced small-scale projects and obtaining commitments for activities, compiling and progressing specific activities to support the efficient delivery of workstreams to meet key milestones and gateways. 

The role will promote the methodologies and tools in Agile and be responsible for the group ceremonies.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Supporting the Group with interacting with a large cross functional team across multiple locations requesting updates, chasing status and next steps
  • Obtaining commitments for activities, compiling and progressing specific activities to support the efficient delivery of workstreams to meet key milestones and gateways.
  • Support the delivery of projects through utilisation of both Agile and waterfall techniques and toolsets.
  • Interacting with teams both within and outside the Agile Framework.
  • Creating and chasing metrics to support showcase events.
  • Supporting group risk management and retrospectives and help deep dive and drive improvements within the Group & squads.
  • Supporting squads to understand and practice agile framework.
  • Ensuring Jira environment is effectively mapped to support delivery of product increments.
  • Supporting Group Scrum Master to develop best practices that support Group operations and improve effectiveness and commonality across groups and squads.
  • Support for Jira admin activities (housekeeping, updating stats, Confluence input, ceremony note taking, ad hoc requests including Jira to support ceremonies)
  • Participate in agile ceremonies where required.
  • To monitor and support the squads and Group to achieve MBIs for each QBR period.
  • Support progression of PCDS deliverables & MBI's within respective squads, overcome challenges and constraints and progress deliverables to Green Complete in time for downstream activities.
  • Share findings with the squads and group, revise planning/delivery to meet key milestones.
  • Keep the squads honest on the agile routines and artefacts.
  • Manage Risk (via RAID and/or PCDS) progression for the Group to mitigation.
  • Supporting Group Scrum Master to develop best practices that support Group operations and improve effectiveness and commonality across groups and squads.
  • Process improvement in the Group and driving commonality across the Group.
