Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Training & Career Progression) £37,450 - £43,000 + Excellent Training + Career Progression + Overtime + Discounted Products + Health and Wellbeing Benefits + Management Training Available (NVQ 1-5) Tewkesbury, commutable from: Gloucester, Cheltenham, Worcester, Hereford, Cirencester, Bristol Double Day Shift Pattern - Week 1 6am-2pm, Week 2 1.45pm-9.45pm Are you an Electrician or Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for the chance to drive your career forward in a position with excellent industry-specific training, where there is plenty of scope for career progression alongside uncapped overtime at enhanced rates to further boost your earnings? After your initial training, you will be responsible for fault finding on electrical equipment, electrical testing, and maintenance work, or leading a team of your own. This role would suit an Electrically qualified person looking for the chance to undertake further technical training with a view to long term career advancement, whilst working as a valued member of a close-knit team for a company that will appreciate and reward their efforts. The Role:- Will involve training, then working on electrical production machinery
- On call rota of 1 week in 6 (paid extra)
- Work will include planned preventative maintenance, fault finding, test and repair
The Candidate:
- Will require 18th Edition, or 17th Edition with an interest in upskilling
- Will be seeking training and development
- Experience of electrical maintenance in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous
