Our Commissioning and Work Recording (CWR) Team has been created to define, maintain and continuously improve the framework for how our specialist work is agreed, planned, delivered and recorded.

We are now looking for a Team Leader to join our CWR Team on a permanent basis. We are open to candidates who can work a minimum of 30 hours per week.

The Role

As our CWR Team Leader, you will lead the design of processes for the management of specialist work across the division.

Working with leaders across the division, you will oversee the design and implementation of work recording processes to supplement existing systems and design monthly operational reports and dashboards.

You will implement the developed commissioning processes, providing support to specialists and divisional leaders in undertaking their commissioning responsibilities.

Additionally, you will:

- Establish and maintain information about all work commissioned
- Develop suitable divisional work recording mechanisms
- Implement new divisional work recording approaches
- Work with divisional leaders to develop improvements in the effectiveness and efficiency of specialist work

About You

To be considered as our Team Leader, you will:

- Experience commissioning, planning, monitoring and reviewing work in a project environment
- Experience of performance indicators
- Data analytics experience
- Experience leading people (this does not need to be in a line management capacity)
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
