Our exciting processor client is recruiting for a Director of Hardware to head up their brand-new silicon team in Barcelona.

The Director of Hardware will work closely alongside the CTO define and develop brand-new processor technology for revolutionary accelerator chipsets. Our client is an early-stage start-up, hence the Director of Hardware will be one of the founding members of the team, responsible for building and ASIC team and will receive company equity.

The Director of Hardware will bring:

• Extensive experience in hardware processor development, especially many-core and multi-chip systems
• A detailed understanding of the SoC design flow, from specification, architecture, RTL design, DFT through synthesis and floorplanning
• Excellent technical leadership skills
• An ability to work from the Barcelona office, at least a couple of days per week
