The Position Provides functional oversight and guidance on all D365 F&SCM enhancement projects and support activities in the areas of Production and Warehousing. Works with business executives and end-users to get aligned on business requirements and the proposed IT solutions. The Production and Warehouse ERP Business Analyst will be responsible for the stabilization, support, and development of Phase II projects for a portfolio of 60 companies post go live. Responsibilities The D365 Production and Warehouse ERP Business Analyst will play a key role in configuring and optimizing the D365 system across Heico Companies, with a particular focus on Production and Warehouse functionality. As a member of the D365 (F&SCM and CE) Application Managed Services Team, the Business Analyst will: * Provide post go-live support for all assigned Dynamics 365 F&O modules. Position Title: Production and Warehouse ERP Business Analyst Job Description * Contribute to the support of Dynamics 365 F&SCM Implementations post go live and provide ongoing ERP operational support with a strong focus on the area of Production. * Assist in creating and maintaining the Production and Warehouse common design across our Companies. * Assist with Data Migrations, functional design decisions and documentation. * Assist with ongoing regression testing as companies implement D365. * Review and approve Change Requests, Solution Design Documents and Functional Design Documents related to enhancements and configuration updates for Production and Warehouse functionality. * Lead regression testing automation related to Production and Warehouse functions and activities. * Be a part of the internal support team working with outsourced consultants to support companies live on D365. * Identifying continuous improvement areas for Production and Warehouse functions and identifying ways to standardize and implement best practices. * Integrate relevant independent software vendors (ISV) with D365 as applicable. * Working with the Heico PMO, be gatekeeper to common design and configuration changes regarding Production and Warehouse functionality. * Troubleshoot complex configuration issues. * Analyze D365 F&O modules (Production-related) current state (As-Is) setup, identify any gaps and propose future state (To-Be). * Provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel in IT and Production at Corporate or in operating companies. * Create user and functional documentation. * Create test plans, test cases, and perform functional testing. * Document business processes as required. * Other duties, as assigned. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or comparable degree. * Experience in a global, medium-sized business environment in the manufacturing or distribution industry. * 6+ years of Dynamics 365 F&SCM and/or MS Dynamics AX 2012 experience in the Production and Warehouse modules. * Experience with full-cycle implementations and application managed support services. * Ability to configure and test MS Dynamics Production and Warehouse D365 solutions. * Experience using DevOps. * Knowledge of Power BI a plus. * Experience with SCM Module of D365 F&SCM is a plus. * Knowledge of the Business Central platform a plus. * Experience with ISVs such as Bottomline Precision Forms, Print Envoy, or various TMS solutions a plus. * Knowledge of and experience with documentation of business requirements and writing functional design documents. * Experience in configuring/debugging MS Dynamics AX 2012.
