Systems Support Analyst - Dynamics 365 BCJob DescriptionActively recruiting for a Systems Support Analyst, with experience supporting D365 Business Central/ Dynamics NAV, for a great opportunity based in Greater Manchester. My client is a leading wholesale/ distribution organisation, and have exciting plans for technology transformation across the business. The company is looking to add further D365 BC/ NAV expertise to their project team - assisting in the successful delivery of a new Dynamics 365 Business Central system, as well as continuous system support/ improvement for their UK site.The role offers hybrid work flexibility, with a blend of occasional home working and weekly travel to site in Greater Manchester - project phase dependant.Role & ResponsibilitiesDay to day 1st/ 2nd line D365 Business Central support analysisBusiness process analysis, requirement gathering and system designFunctional design, install/ config & testing of new system advancementsKey user training and project go-live support - key escalation point for BC projects Hands on in new system roll out/ deployments across the businessSkills & QualificationsProven experience in the support, analysis and improvement of Dynamics NAV/ Dynamics 365 Business Central software1st/ 2nd line systems support analysis experienceEnd to end functional project life cycle skills, from analysis through to go-liveAbility to consult and support users effectively around new processes/ 2nd line+ issuesConfident communication/ stakeholder engagement skillsBenefitsA competitive starting base salary up to £45,000Company benefits packageGlobal project exposureExcellent team environment, with opportunities for professional development/ trainingTo discuss this exciting opportunity in more detail within the Dynamics 365 market, please contact Nick Butter by phone on 0191 338 7564 or send your current CV to [email protected].
