Rushden, Northamptonshire (Commutable from: Northampton, Wellingborough, Kettering, Bedford, and Huntingdon)Are you from an HR Management background with good organisational skills, looking for a highly varied and leading role within a stable and growing company, offering further career progression?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-national business in a proactive role, where you will be involved with a range of areas, helping to ensure the smooth running of the business, continuous improvement and supporting the team at all levels up to and including director level.This well-established company work within the Engineering industry on projects based in UK and worldwide. Due to their continued success, they are now looking bring in a dedicated HR / Office Manager for additional support.The ideal candidate will be from an HR background with experience working within a smaller business in an authoritative role, and looking for a varied, long term role within a growing business.The Role:Involved with areas including HR, recruitment, visitors, reception, booking for flights/hotels etc.Supporting the smooth running of the business and continuous improvementAssisting with company promotion, marketing content and brochuresWorking in close contact with company directors and engineers alikePermanent Monday to Friday, days based role

The Person:Previous Office / HR Management experienceExperience dealing with people in an HR related functionExperience working for a smaller / SME businessAny experience working within an engineering environment would be highly advantageousOrganised and good communicator
