Application Support Engineer (Java Linux) London / WFH to £70k Are you a customer focussed Application Support Engineer with Java coding skills? You could be progressing your career in a senior, hands-on role at a market leading FinTech that provide real-time web connectivity market data and trading services to investment banks and other financial institutions worldwide.As an Application Support Engineer you'll join the Service Desk responsible for providing 2nd / 3rd line technical support for customers' web based trading systems. Responsibilities will include eliciting diagnostic information from the customer, performing analysis and working with developers to review product code (Java) and work with parts of the customers' code to replicate issues that they are experiencing.
