Senior BI Developer (SQL)We're working with an expanding team of passionate data professionals who deliver top quality fintech solutions used locally as well as across the EMEA region.They're looking to speak with senior BI Developers across SA to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. If you're keen to get your hands dirty in AWS cloud and like the idea of working in a small, yet expanding team, keep reading!What you can expect:The main purpose of this role is to take ownership of the data warehouse processes and information in order to ensure the warehouse runs effectively and to ensuring the integrity of all information within the data warehouse as well as the accuracy of the processes used to populate the warehouse on a daily basis.You'll also get involved in developing and maintain existing ETL as well as provide operational BI support to the business.Key Requirements:Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)Related qualification in software development (Essential)2-4 years working experience within the BI field (Essential)Experience writing reports (Essential)Knowledge of data warehousing and analyticsKnowledge of the Mukuru productsKnowledge of BI tools concepts and architectureKnowledge of ETL and data analysis with focus on data integrityKnowledge of AWS Redshift, Bash, MySQLAdditional Skills (nice to have):Analytic skillsComputer skillsVerbal and written communicationPresentation skillInterpersonal skillsAttention to detailSQL skillsAdvanced Excel skillsRelevant coding language skillsNext steps:Get in touch by Wednesday, May 20th to be considered for this opportunity. #AWS #BIDeveloper #Businessintelligence
