£25,000 - £35,000 + Progression + Training + Office-based + Days

Do you have experience within Maintenance / Coordinating looking to work for a nationally renowned business offering a stable permanent role with great progression opportunities into Supervisor through ongoing training?

On offer is a great opportunity to join this industry-leader in a office-based role where you play a vital role in the Projects / Maintenance at prestige sites with excellent company benefits.

This company have been rapidly expanding within the Residential Parks industry and now operate over 90 high-end and bespoke parks across the UK. As a result of their recent success they are now looking to onboard a new supervisor.

In this role you will be working Monday - Friday out of their modern office within Grays. You will be working alongside the Contract Managers coordinating the maintenance teams across all residential facilities. This will involve groundworks and general trades responsibilities.

This role would suit someone with Construction / Grounds Maintenance experience who wants to step off the tools and move into a leadership role within a continually growing business offering a great package.

The Role:Supervision for a large team of maintenance engineers at multiple sites.Overseeing the contract / project management tasks.Primarily office based role (Monday - Friday 9 - 5).

The Person:Experienced in General Maintenance / Tradesperson.Supervision / Coordination experience preferred.Construction / Residential / Parks background.
