REQUIRED: DSAT TRAINER - SC OR DV CLEARANCE REQUIRED

LOCATION: FRIMLEY 2 DAYS PER WEEK, REST REMOTE

IR35 STATUS: INSIDE

DURATION: 6 MONTH INITIAL CONTRACT

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the Training Line of Development (TLOD) though all lifecycle phases aligned to the and the DSAT process

Support the Technical Authority in the development and implementation of tailored TNA and ID processes.

Create, manage and maintain effective training management strategies and Plans.

Complete Stage 1 and 2 Training Needs Analysis (TNA) activities.

Manage the training analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation processes.

Provide accurate feedback on progress to Vigilant team members and the senior leadership team.

Support Authority acceptance activities for all training deliverables.

Develop effective Authority and Stakeholder Relations.

Provide technical advice on the DSAT Quality Management Standard (QMS) and DSAT policy and guidance documentation.

Provide Training related Subject Matter Expertise to Technical and Engineering authorities.

Manage the training team and provide technical guidance to team members

Provide reports to the Authority

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply.
