Quality Manager / Lead Quality Engineer (Lab Enviroments)£55,000 - £70,000 + Further Technical Training + Progression to Head of Department + 6x Life Insurance + 20% Pension + 33 Days Holiday + Full technical autonomy

Office based, Commutable from Gloucester, Banbury, Worcester, Royal Leamington Spa, Oxford and surrounding areas

Are you from a Quality Engineering or Management background with experience with ISO 17025 looking to join a industry leading innovation facility, where you will become a vital go to specialist in company, whilst receiving further training with the view to progress your career?

This is a great opportunity where you will manage, implement and improve all quality processes, with further technical training and the view to progress to head of department where you will play a vital part in the company's success.

This company employ close to 400 staff and have been established for over 7 decades, they set that standard for their industry and are considered the pinnacle of expertism for other companies.

This role would suit a Quality specialist looking for the autonomy to make the role their own, all whilst having the tools training and progression to help them succeed.

The Role:

*Overseeing, Improving and Implementing ISO 19001 and 17025

*Working within a highly regulated sector, managing a small technical team of 3 staff

*Further industry technical training combined with the view to progress to head of department

The Person:

*Previous Quality Engineering background

*Experience working within ISO 17025
