I'm currently recruiting for a Mechanical Construction Coordinator for a clean room construction project in Hertfordshire on an initial 4 month contract (expectation to extend). The role will be Outside IR35 and the successful candidate will be managing a team of mechanical sub-contractors.My client is looking for the following:Previous experience working on a clean room/laboratory construction projectCompetent in managing mechanical sub-contractorsStrong understanding of mechanical packages - HVAC, associated ductwork, piping especially within a clean room environmentCan mobilise within 3 weeksIf the above is a role of potential interest, please feel free to apply with your CV and I will get in touch as soon as I can to discuss the role in more detail.
