PLM (Programme Lifecycle Management) is software being brought in by Jaguar Land Rover and Dassault Systems to replace some of the legacy systems of Jaguar Land Rover.  We have a clear vision to deliver a unified end to end process and toolset with connected, traceable data throughout all functions. By enabling employees with the provision of always live data and dashboards we will allow full focus on true value creation. To enable Jaguar Land Rover to meet our ambitious digitalisation plans, a Business Change Management team has been established as part of the development of a class leading, high performing and best practice Transformation Organisation. The Business Change Management team is the crucial bridge between technical delivery and companywide adoption, acting as the mechanism to maximise the value and benefit of the Manufacturing Systems programmes within the business. The team combines change management, business readiness, training and testing expertise to deliver a high-quality end user deployment experience. The Business Change Management is accountable for managing the change and deploying the PLM programme content across Jaguar Land Rover's global footprint. This opportunity is for a business readiness / change management position within the wider Manufacturing Systems Team. The team is spread across multiple sites and travel between engineering and operational plants is expected. From time to time, the role will require international travel to all Jaguar Land Rover locations. WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Understand, amend and create case for change. Conduct change impact assessments and coordination off issues management. Manage internal customers to deliver effective and efficient roll out, understanding key stakeholders, early adopters and end users.  Develop training plans and engagement plans to ensure all stakeholders get the correct level of access and training. Develop effective communications strategy and implement effective change management Understand current business processes, future state business processes and the mapping between them.  Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive implementation of change. Support the identification of anticipated resistance to programme using change management techniques.  Champion effective change through engagement at appropriate networks and forums  Be an expert in mindset change in a highly operational environment.  Work closely with the migrations to develop post processing requirements. Work closely with the technical teams on development of the system based on user issues. Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Experience or exposure working on transformational projects. Strong change and stakeholder management skills. Experience of collaboration and cross functional team working. Ability to set high standards for written materials and diligently follows them personally and holds others to account to achieve. Experience in creating standard timing plans for business change and readiness. Experience utilising Agile practices.  Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Liaise between the business, technology teams and support teams. A relevant degree or change management accreditation. Personal Profile 
Essential:  Demonstrated experience on leading change in projects. Excellent presentation and communication skills.  Stakeholder management and influencer.  Excellent behaviours to allow interaction at all organisation levels from shop floor to Director. Working with business partners and international colleagues, internally and externally Structured, organised and disciplined in approach to planning and reporting. Ability to deliver with urgency and ambiguity. Self-directed and self-paced.  Desirable:  GSPAS, APT, WERS and VPS Knowledge. Experience of using Atlassian applications, eg; JIRA / Confluenc.e  Understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes. Change management and/or project management accreditation.
