You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary Product Management, Client Support, Marketing, and Partners team to realize our vision and build the next-generation platform. You will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team that meets or exceeds development goals, fostering an open collaborative environment where best practices are shared. You will also support and drive initiatives through communication, coaching, best practice sharing, and calibration.
