Toolmaker-Manufacturing SectorSouthwell, Nottinghamshire, commutable from Nottingham, Newark and MansfieldUp to £15.60/hour plus 33% shift allowance plus overtime (time 1/2/double) plus benefits The role is working 37.5 hours/week on shifts-2 weeks on days Mon-Fri, then 2 weeks on nights Mon-ThursAre you an Toolmaker with working background in a manufacturing environment looking for a Mon-Fri based role with a successful, profitable global business offering further career development?

The basic rate can be increased considerably through shift pay so your overall earnings will be in excess of £35K. You can then further increase through overtime.

Start and end times on both days and nights are flexible (EG You can start on days at 6am/7am or 7.30am)This is an exciting, varied role with a company who have low staff turnover, always a great sign for a future employee.They also supply into a range of sectors meaning they are at lower risk as a business.The role is to develop machines and product plus provide tooling for existing machinery.

The role:Permanent full time role Mon-Fri days/nights with overtimeOperate a range of Tool Room machines and equipment to a high level of skill - milling, turning and grindingMachine tooling to the required specifications and qualityPerform hand & bench fitting operations

The Person;Working background in a manufacturing environmentExperience as a toolmaker or related roleAble to use toolroom equipment: milling, lathe, surface grinders, wire & die sink EDM.
