The role:In this role you will be administering cloud computing, supporting on premise networks, and overseeing internal enterprise platforms and systems. You'll be responsible for security compliance, providing technical support to staff and staying up to date with technology trends. Some of the responsibilities will include:Design and administration for cloud computing, on premise network and servers, including data back up and redundancy, performance, VPN and remote access support and telecommunications management, firewallEnsuring server systems and peripheral devices are up to date and compliant with security and information management policies, implementation best practices for data security, file encryption and safe file transfer protocolProviding technical support, advice and assistance to staff for hardware, software and other technical issues, hardware and software installations and updates, IT licensing management and technical documentationStaying up to date with technology trends and recommending innovative solutions to improve business processesSupporting change management initiatives, work flow improvementsWorking with external vendor resources This is a great opportunity to help steer a growing organization - Your communication, creativity and problem solving skills along will set you apart - More on that below.
