I'm currently looking to recruit a hands-on Engineering Manager with Node.js and React experience to join a disruptive UK Fintech that has created an innovative zero-touch expense platform. This hands-on Engineering Manager role is at least 90% hands-on, and you'll be taking full ownership of all incoming technical projects and future development. Helping create game-changing features including a high-end white-label solution.You'll be working on several innovative projects using the latest in mobile ID card scanning that is only used by a couple of companies globally. You'll also be creating a white-label solution for some of the largest financial institutions across Europe, working on new features upon customer requests and helping scale the platform into the US in the next 6 months.Leading a team of 4 developers, implementing best engineering practices, leading code reviews, driving new architecture and working on new products and features for the platform.
