The Role Sales, cold calling and identifying opportunitiesDeveloping and maintaining relationships with clients and candidatesSourcing and screening candidates through various channelsConducting interviews and assessments to identify top talentManaging the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, offer negotiations, and onboardingProviding exceptional customer service to clients and candidatesWhat we look forBrilliant communication skillsHonesty & integrityCareer-driven with an passion for self-developmentDetermined and winners mindsetTeam playerResilient and optimisticResults and high performance driven
