Mechanical Fitter / Workshop Engineer (Training into Agriculture)

£12 - £18 an hour + Technical Training + Uncapped Premium Overtime + Workshop Based + Company Van

Workshop Based, Commutable from Ilminster, Chard, Yeovil, Taunton and Surrounding Areas.

Are you a Mechanical Fitter or Mechanical Engineer looking for full training into the agricultural sector where you will be invested through full technical training to allow you to become a technical expert within this specialist industry.

They specialise in the hire, service and repair of a range of agricultural equipment for dedicated clients, nationwide. Due to ongoing success and exciting expansion plans, they are looking for a hardworking individual to join their team where you will develop your skills over time to become an expert in the industry.

On offer is a Workshop Engineer role, where you will be responsible for the repair and servicing of specialist equipment within a small team of experts.

This role would suit a Mechanical Fitter or Mechanical Engineer looking to progress technically and has an interest in agricultural equipment.

The Role:

*Maintenance, Fault Finding, Repairs and Service of agriculture equipment

*Pre-delivery Inspection of new Machinery

*90% workshop based, 10% site based

*Extensive Training and chance to gain certifications

*Monday to Friday

The Person:

*Mechanical Background

*Looking for a predominantly workshop based role

*Full UK Drivers' License
