Technical Services Engineer (TSE)Milton Keynes (Remote Work Available)£35,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Health Care Scheme + Holiday + Pension

This company is an innovative asset management consultancy that primarily operate on commercial real estate and specialise in making buildings more sustainable. They consult with a range of clients to ensure that buildings reach net zero as effectively as possible. There is a massive push on learning and development in the company's ethos so there is always opportunities to progress within the business.

In this role you will be assisting with all aspects of M&E services for refurbishments and new installations. It will also involve maintenance contract mobilisation and CDM coordination. Liaising with customers and fully understanding their requirements to ensure the delivery of quality service.

The ideal candidate will have obtained an engineering degree or have at least three years of engineering experience with recognised accreditations. A previous understanding of building services and construction contracts/processes will help be successful in this role. To have a sound working knowledge of SFG20 will also be key.

The role

Monitoring the performance of MEP contractors based on SFG20

Assisting with technical advice for remedial works

Liaising with clients and customers to understand requirements

CDM coordination

Helping with the delivery of M&E services for refurbishment and new projects

UK wide travel for live projects

The person

An engineering degree or three years previous engineering experience

Understanding of building services and construction contracts/processes

Knowledge of SFG20

Knowledge of CDM Regs (desirable)
