Depot Manager (Agricultural)

£40,000 - £47,000 + Optional Unlimited Paid Overtime + Company Van + Progression + Training + 39 Hour Working Week

Workshop Based Role - Commutable From Barnstable, South Molton And Great Torrington

Are you an Engineer with an Agricultural background that is looking to step into a management role where you will have full autonomy and manage a whole depot, all alongside having a clear scope of progression to Group Manager or Director roles?

On offer is a role with more responsibility as you will be in charge of a whole depot, where you will receive industry leading management and product training with the scope of you to become an industry expert, on top of having unlimited paid overtime with the scope to significantly increase your earnings.

This company are an industry leading company within the agricultural industry and have built up over 40 years of experience and have developed a fantastic reputation for looking after their staff and the work they complete. They are one of the largest John Deere dealerships and have 4 depots across the UK and are looking to expand their workforce due to exponential growth.

On offer is a position where you will be able to mould the depot and leave your on stamp on the business as you will be in charge of ther depot and have full autonomy, as well as this you will receive plenty of recognition for your successes within the role.
