This is a great opportunity for a HR Director who has previous regional or global experience. You will be joining a multinational company, and taking responsibilities for HR activities within the EMEA region; including people operations, benefits, compensation, perks, payroll, statutory reporting, performance reviews, and maintaining the organisation's HRIS, among other projects as needed. As the HR Director you will need to be an organised, and hands-on leader, who can hit the ground running and contribute new ideas to the team. You will manage and develop the regional HR team while collaborating with global HR business partners, and oversee the on-boarding experience for new employees. Additionally, you will manage benefits partners, ensure compliance with statutory reporting and external payroll and pension audits, and handle all operational HR management processes, including compensation and benefits, to ensure a positive employee experience.  The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of HR management experience in an international environment, as well as the following
Must have people management experience Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field,Must have international HR experience with key markets in Germany, UK, and Poland.Strong administrative and organisational skills with experience in payroll, data administration, and labor law are essential.Fluency in English and other European languages is preferred.If you are interested in discussing this position further, please contact Emily Jones.
