Technical Project Manager - CRM 365Rate: Up to £500 PD (INSIDE IR 35) - 6 month contract - 95% remote working
Company:
Our client a multi-million pound corporation based in London to about to embark on a technology outsourcing programme and is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong capabilities in MS Dynamics, Power Platforms and experience of DeVops for Agile project delivery.
You must have strong Senior Project Manager capabilities working within the public sector and be able to convert excel sheet based complaints processing into Power platform based forms integrated with Microsoft CRM 365
This is a 6-month contract, hybrid working, paying up to £500 PD to start ASAP.
Job responsibilities:
1.Corporate complaints - converting excel sheet based complaints processing into Power platform based forms integrated with Microsoft CRM 365
2.Customer portal - implementing Microsoft Power platform based customer portal for customer to apply for number of services, track progress , check their neighbourhood information and single sign on to other portals , presenting unified view for the council transactions
3.Converting TK dialogue based front end forms to Microsoft Power app based forms integrated with Microsoft CRM 365 and align deliveries with customer portal releases.
4.Converting Granicus based eforms to Microsoft Power app based forms
5.Unified data model to present 365 view of a customer using Microsoft Customer Insight
Key Skill Set:
·Proven ability to deliver projects ( small to large scale) in Agile or Hybrid manner
·Experience of using DevOps for Agile project delivery
·Proven ability to deliver digital / IT strategies, roadmaps
·Good understanding and experience of delivering projects in Microsoft Power platform(Power portal, Power BI, PowerApps, Virtual Agents etc.) CRM365
·Good understanding and experience of delivering projects in web technologies and integration with different systems
·Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
·Experience of managing transition & supporting business change
·Ability to work with multiple third party suppliers (on shore / off shore )
·Excellent communication skills
·Flexible and able to adapt well to changing priorities
·Management of multiple projects simultaneously
·Delivered cross functional projects with multiple delivery teams , on time and under budget
·Coaching and mentoring new starters and Junior PMs
This is a 6-month contract, hybrid working, paying up to £500 PD to start ASAP.
