Cloud Services - Platform Engineering team are looking for an agile Scrum Master. Our teams offer a range of DevOps products, tools and services to consumers of our cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure). Our strategic roadmap includes delivering new platforms, products and services and continually improving our existing ones. This Scrum Master role supports the Platform Engineering teams to manage E2E delivery of change releases for the 3 public clouds operated by LBG (GCP, Azure, AWS) as well as any BAU / operational tasks. Taking ownership for coordination of day-to-day tasks and delivery activities within a Product Team, release management cycles, ensuring delivery is managed smoothly and effectively with processes, resource and MI in place as needed.

The Role

As a Scrum Master you'll be working on across the Group's flagship platforms to improve and enhance the strategic platforms (Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS) that will enable the business to realise the next generation of services that form the Bank's vision for 2022 and beyond. The role will have end-to-end accountabilities including:Working with Agile frameworks like Scrum/KanbanCoaching teams through transformation journeysIdentifying shortcomings or inefficiencies: proposing improvements to existing processes, systems and proceduresBring passion to role: inspiring and motivating team members What you'll get involved with:Delivery of enterprise-class automated solutionsArranging and facilitating team ceremonies/meetingsPlanning work with the SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) Leads and Squad LeadsReporting on progress of work itemsIdentify shortcomings and opportunities, then suggest and implement improvements to existing team practicesDriving platform onboarding activities + enhancementsForming a team, including limited line management activities for partner colleagues.
