CRM & Analytics Change Agent in NYC! Hybrid: 2-3 days in officeOffice located of Madison AveSalary ranging between 110-130k based on experience Company: Innovative global consulting firm delivering industry-leading digital solutions to transform and empower businesses! Position:CRM, Analytics and Reporting Change Agent will be responsible for driving usage and adoption of digitalization capabilities. They will be accountable for developing adoption strategy of Madison products through supporting and training front-office users in Equities in the United States, in New York and branch offices Required Background:3+ years of change management or similar experience influencing senior / sophisticated front office users to adopt new technologiesSuccessful track record of defining creative tactics that drive adoption of technologyHistory of partnering effectively with business management and super users to influence adoption across a broad user base Experience with Equities (Research, Sales, Research Analysts, and Traders)Strong technical writing, technical training, and communication skillsRobust Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Salesforce.com experience: desirable, but not required; Articulate360 experience a plus **Experience with change management within a CRM a MUST!** Benefits!!
