Lead .Net Software Developer (.Net Core AWS) *Hybrid WfH / Weybridge* to £70k

Looking for an opportunity to develop your C# and leadership skills within a tech driven and collaborative team environment? You could be joining a hugely successful software house based in Weybridge.

The company's flagship product is a pseudo real time C++ multi-threaded global iTV broadcasting application that allows broadcasters worldwide to automate playout, handle acquisition, allow low and high-resolution editing, manage assets, and provide audience information for advertising.

Your role:

As a Lead .Net Software Developer, you will join an established team within the R&D area of the business. This is a hands-on role where you will focus on technical leadership of the team to architect, build, and deliver software and technical solutions utilising C# and .Net Core. You will be investigating and implementing solutions to problems and driving the continuous improvement of development practices, working with a modern cloud-based technology stack.

Ideal requirements:

You are an experienced developer who has strong C# and .Net Core skills

You have previous technical leadership experience

You have experience with cloud deployments using AWS

You have a good understanding of SOLID and Clean Code principles

You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
