Excellent opportunity on for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an innovative and rapidly growing Modular construction company in Western Ireland.

This dynamic and innovative company specialise in Modern Methods of Construction, particularly, Volumetric Modular Construction. Revolutionising the sector, they have seen huge growth over the last year and work predominantly within the Residential sector. They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and help play a vital role in the company's future as well as being a key member within their close-knit team.

In this role you will be tasked with playing a key role in finalising tender submissions and negotiating main contract positions on residential and commercial projects varying in value. You will be involved in the projects in various stages, ensuring reports and cost control reviews are managed on time, providing advice and findings to the Project Managers. You will have direct liaison with suppliers, clients and contractors so will need the ability to work to tight deadlines.

This role would therefore ideally suit an ambitious Quantity Surveyor with vast experience in the construction industry, preferably Modular or Off-site Construction, working on a variety of construction projects in different sectors.
