SC Data (Cyber) Architect

Start: ASAP

Duration: initially running until: 31.12.2023

Location: Hybrid: remote/onsite in Wiltshire (2/3 days a week initially, may ease off once up to speed)

IR35: In scope

Pay Rate: £650-£700/day

* Worked on programmes involving cyber and cyber monitoring requirements

Experience:

* Knowledge/understands MPLS networks.

* Experience of working with internal and external 3rd Parties.

* Experienced in the design and delivery of complex network solutions.

* Expert knowledge in the design, development, test and implementation of Firewalls.

* Highly experienced in security standards and Policies, JSP 440, and JSP 604.

* An understanding of analogue and digital telecommunications networks.

* Self-starter and ability to work in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.

* The ability to chair and manage key security checkpoints, workshops and security stakeholder working groups.

* Recognised Network and Security Qualifications, CCNA/CCNP, CISSP, CEH.

* Financials, costing, estimates

* Strong knowledge of cyber security and IT risks.

* Desirable to have knowledge and experience of working with HMG Approved Crypto

* Desirable to have experience of delivering projects through JSP604

* Desirable to have knowledge and experience of delivering cyber monitoring systems

* Must have experience of delivering Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) networks

* Desirable if candidate has experience working with Cisco, Juniper Networks, Endace Systems.
