This is a fantastic opportunity for a Full Stack Developer to join a team where your expertise will be valued as my client are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to assist and influence their technical direction alongside creating, reviewing and maintaining code to the highest standard. You will also help mentor junior members of the team.
Essential skills-
Experience working with JavaScript, Python and DjangoA strong track record leading a front-end team setting technical standards and establishing direction to deliver high quality, accessible and user-focused digital services.Demonstrable experience of building interfaces that follow the principle of progressive enhancementStrong communication skills with the ability to present/explain technical ideas or guidance to diverse audiencesExtensive specialist knowledge in the fundamental frontend technologies - HTML, CSS (including pre-processors such as SASS)The Role will include-
Take the professional lead for the frontend development and maintenance of digital servicesDefine and embed frontend development standards (used across the whole organisation and relied upon by external agencies)Influence and mentor frontend developers and other members of the teamEmbrace Agile working practices, refine the development processes, influence decisions and maintain high levels of motivation and performance across the teams.Must be willing to undergo possible security checks.
