We are looking for an experienced leader to help us deliver fantastic digital, technology and data services to organisations in the NHS family and to support them in improving people's health and care. We have an exciting strategy within the Collaboration Services, and we would like you to play a pivotal role in helping us deliver this to ensure we continue to be at the forefront of service management practice across industry. We are recruiting for a NHSmail Service Lead. The NHSmail Shared Tenant provides organisations with access to Exchange Online and Microsoft Office 365 product suite as part of the national service and provides frontline staff with secure collaboration services to enable them to be more effective when working across care settings. This is a pivotal role within NHS Digital. To succeed you will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, re-seller stakeholder/relationship skills and be able to communicate benefits of the licenced service to end organisations. Some of your key responsibilities will be: the negotiation and implementation of complex licenced IT solutions and services, ensuring alignment to NHSmail needs and health and social care strategies  take a leading role in the identification and management of the licencing requirements of senior stakeholders, e.g., NHS England, the Department of Health, NHS clinical stakeholder groups/suppliers including true up/down understand the complex licencing arrangements of local organisations, highlighting and mitigating any potential compliance breaches, especially with the creation of ICBs About you  Some of the skills and experience we're looking for:  A master's degree or equivalent experience ITIL Practitioner, VeriSM Foundation or equivalent experience A recognised management qualification or equivalent experience Specialist knowledge of various methodologies used to manage IT and Digital services and an ability to tailor methodologies and management practices dependant on the characteristics of the service being delivered. Broad knowledge of techniques and approaches that can be used to deliver value, such as Agile, DevOps and Lean. Broad understanding of managing products and services across the lifecycle. Extensive knowledge of evolving and emerging technologies used to deliver IT and Digital Services and ability to adapt management practices to those emerging technologies.
