What - Senior Support Analyst Where - Based in Manchester, our client will offer a hybrid model of working When - Actively seeking appropriate profiles now. Why - This client is a growing global semiconductor company looking to expand the support system for their manufacturing applications estate. As a Senior Support Analyst some of your responsibilities will be:Support the complex applications currently being used to run a high-tech semiconductor factory.Drive forward innovations in Business Intelligence and Big Data and implementations of new technology to improve efficiency.Work with stakeholders to understand requirements for new enhancements and additions, providing regular project status reporting as you manage the rollout.Required/Desirable Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems (or equivalent of training and experience in the industry).Experience of Project Management alongside scoping, developing and implementing applications.Intimate familiarity with coding, e.g. .NET, VB.In-depth understanding of Linux and Shell Scripting.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and proven ability to problem solve.If you think you this role would be a great fit or would like to discuss other IT roles, It would be great to speak to you.
