Are you on the lookout for your next ‘Software Engineer’ opportunity and have an educational background in Science, Physics or Engineering?
I’m currently working with a fast-growing digital solutions business within metallurgy who are looking for either Graduates or experienced Software Engineers to join their growing team in Oxford. The company are an award-winning global business, who operate across a wide range of industries including Medical, Aerospace and Electronics and have different subsidiary businesses within the group. This role is working for one of those subsidiary businesses where you will develop automation software for design and manufacturing processes using algorithms. You will be involved in a variety of development projects across the group and work in a software team of 10.
The key requirements for the role is to have good experience working with C# and a strong scientific background - be it educational or working experience. The role offers excellent progression opportunities given the recent growth in size and they will provide adequate training in any upskilling areas. This role is based in Oxford and would require office working of twice a week.
Technical Requirements
Essential experience working with C#Academic background with Science degree or equivalentComfortable with Agile Methodologies, TTD, Design PrinciplesBonus Skills: Azure Pipelines, Git, CAD PlatformsExperience with Machine Learning - not essentialGood communication skills and natural problem solver
