What you will be doing As a Helpdesk Support Analyst / IT Support Technician it will be your responsibility to provide IT and hosting support to clients, primarily via telephone and remote assistance, with occasional on-site support. This requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to prioritise your workload and great problem solving skills.
