We have been retained as a trusted recruitment partner for a renowned global office and document services company who supply services into major public sector organisations.We have a very exciting opportunity for a Senior Semantic Web Developer to join a well-established Digital client that work with a range of private and public sector clients, the successful candidate will be working with the latest data technologies on client-facing bespoke projects as well as development of internal data platforms and software applications.Skills / EnvironmentProven experience as a Semantic Web Developer using technologies such as OWL, RDF, RDFS, Triple stores, SPARQL and Linked Data API. Any experience with GATE, Protégé, XML, Orbeon, JavaScript/Drupal, Elasticsearch, CI/CD or GIT would be an advantage but not essential.Experience building high traffic web-based APIs and RESTful web services.Client-focused and able to work independently and simultaneously across multiple projectsStrong communication skills and confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders.Salary: up to £70k + BenefitsThis role may suit candidates, who hold the following job titles: Semantic Web Developer, Senior Web Developer or Senior Semantic Web DeveloperDeerfoot IT Resources Ltd is a leading specialist recruitment business for the IT industry.
