Beginning with three secondary schools in Enfield, Grimsby and Immingham, we have since grown into one of the largest Multi-Academy Trusts in England, a family of 52 primary, secondary and all-through academies in five regions across the country.

We are now looking for a Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As the LMS Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering a range of learning and development solutions across the organisation and managing the administration of our e-learning platforms.

Overseeing the Learning Management System, you'll upload courses, register users, monitor security and access and test the impact of system updates. You will ensure that content is relevant, attractive and complaint with data protection and copyright requirements.

Alongside the National Communications Team, you'll ensure that the website is updated, accurate and on-brand. You will also support the development of content for the SharePoint page.

Additionally, you'll assist in the progression of projects, from proposal to delivery, and ensure events are efficiently organised and delivered on time, within budget and in line with expected outcomes.

About You

To be considered as a LMS Administrator, you will need:   

- Experience of Learning Management Systems
- Experience of creating high quality multimedia content
- Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- IT proficiency
- A degree or an equivalent qualification and/or experience
