Our client, Medequip Connect is an national organisation providing connectivity services to over 10,000 elderly, vulnerable or disabled people in the UK. The business is dedicated to providing BEST IN CLASS support to enable their clients to LIVE LIFE in their own homes. The business is committed to expanding in this field and have made a number of acquisitions to grow its' footprint across the UK.

Medequip Connect have recently won a number of major contracts across the UK and the new Programme Manager will lead the delivery for the largest of these new contracts leading the service delivery team and be the principal point of contact with the key external and internal stakeholders.

This newly created role will also lead the transformation programmes and continuous improvement initiatives for one major critical account.

The Programme Manager will deliver the Medequip Connect business strategy and profitability by managing the account against the agreed deliverables.

Additionally, the Programme Manager will lead the Operations team and ensure operational readiness to provide a professional support service to enable people to live independently in their own homes.

Key attributes

Experience in complex stakeholder management in a dynamic, changing environment whilst maintaining profitability through the delivery of the account plan

The ability to deliver both transformation and continuous improvement initiatives in a high profile, complex account

The confidence and maturity to manage a fast paced operations team in a field that is faced with multiple challenges on a daily basis.

Potential to manage multiple accounts in the future having established a blue print for success in this role

Ability to grow skillsets and capability as the division and sector expands

A background in the healthcare sector is not essential but an understanding of technology and complex account management together with transformation expertise is required as is the experience to deliver business critical accounts in a complex, demanding environment.
